CityLights.
Constructed in 1996, this towering 42-story building resides in Long Island City, just across the East River from Manhattan. Given its location and potential, it represents an excellent investment opportunity. Among our renovation projects in this building was an apartment re-design that capitalized on its stunning views over the East River. The transformation allowed sunlight to flood the entire space, enhancing its inherent beauty.
